I have been charged twice in a month for a yearly renewal that I paid upon starting service. I need to be refunded.

I bought it connected it to WiFi purchased a year plan for it only to work for 24hrs and it hasn’t connected to video since. I tried customer service and we’re going on 35hrs and still no reply. It’s trash and whenever someone gets back to me if they ever do, I will be requesting a refund!!

Good camera and quality, just loads too slow.

I love everything about the camera besides that fact that the battery dies kind of fast other than that it’s a great product!!

When I got the first camera it worked perfectly fine for about a week and then it stopped working. I was sent a replacement camera and it isn’t working properly either. I will be returning both of them to Amazon Tuesday for refunds
