You guys charged me a for a service I never paid for and don’t have access to. Now Apple won’t let me upgrade or download anything until I pay $75 for something I never purchased or have access to!! You have no phone number. I emailed you guys weeks ago. Scam scam scam!!

The app takes so long to load the live video and you can’t really see all days recordings you only get to see when it “detects a human” even when paying for the subscription. When you need to talk to someone on the camera the audio buffers quite a lot ! Truly disappointing

Sent help request in app like every 3 days and still no response for over 2 weeks.

It’s definitely one of the best. Clear video day and night. Detects movement before they even get in cameras view. Audio perfect. Perfect A++++++

The pictures are great but it’s only shown for a short period of time.

It doesn’t rotate and you have to pay for certain video or plan that runs you $30 for six months. I wish I never got it.

Started off fine but within a week started getting small issues and now just keeps saying offline can’t get it to work again and haven’t had any help in fixing the issue.

This is the worst security camera I have ever used. We recently had an incident directly in front of the camera when we went to show the police we realized the camera never caught anything. The support keeps having us make changes to the setting and nothing works. In 24 hours it picks up at the most 10 events in a high foot traffic area.

I don’t regret buying this camera. It’s a great camera. I love it so much. About a second one I recommend this camera. The quality is amazing.
