  • Can’t review video

    Before today’s upgrade of the app, I would be able to view an add then be able to watch the motion sensor video the camera picked up. Now, if I click on the video, a subscription is required before viewing. What’s the point of having the camera if I can’t watch the video. It never said when I purchased the lightbulb camera that a subscription is required. 😡

    Can’t link them together have to pay for subscription on all cameras so stupid won’t buy these again going to return them

    I bought two camera cameras camera quality is fabulous goes off every five seconds when you have it up on human detection I don’t like the lights that come on every time but the worst thing is you have to buy a subscription for each camera instead of having one sub subscription
  • Small Issue but I Like It

    When I first got the camera, I struggled with getting the connection, but eventually got it. I love the camera, however, my issue is with the delay of accessing a Live View of the camera when I’m away from home. Under WiFi, it would access just fine but still had a slight delay when it says a motion at the front door. It doesn’t always register and send the notification so I can see fast enough. When I click on the notification, it loads for a good few minutes before accessing it and by time it loads…whoever it was are now gone in or left the property. So, the delay is my biggest issue when I’m away from home. Sometimes it doesn’t notify me that someone just left out the front door. I have it right where it picks up when the front door opens and I know it should pick up when we leave home because it do every time I open my front door to walk it I get a phone notification. My niece goes out and it barely picks her up and I’m not sure why. She can’t avoid it because it’s right there. Anyway, I still like the camera though.

    La cámara tiene buena calidad y se puede conectar a varios dispositivos, pero una vez que entras debes pagar $30.00 para la suscripción y los funcionamientos de notificaciones y demás son malos. Estuve muy embullado pero me decepcionó. No la recomiendo

    We love the camera especially for the price, the video is very clear, even at night you can see small details. BUT it doesn’t catch everything in our human detection zone. We’ve had several instances already in the past week where people have been on the porch directly in front of the camera and it does not record them. Not sure what we’re doing wrong

    The first few days were good. Then all of a sudden it seemed like someone was in my app changing the motion detector to off. If I could send it back I would. I bought this to try and protect my property but when I needed it to work it automatically turned off motion detect. Zero Starsssss $29.99 is ridiculous

    You cannot access saved videos without a purchase which is impossible to get. No customer support. Not what I thought it was. Will return it for something more functional!
