I’m 63 and totally out of shape. These are not too hard and it’s self explanatory all the way. Looking forward to getting back in shape. At least for a 63 year old with health issues. 👍

I was happy as the workouts began because I could do them without straining my back or neck. The idea of the chairs support was spot on. I found the workouts diversified and manageable but never challenging. Then a bit boring. Then I stopped. Maybe earlier instructions on how to ramp up, or target certain areas would have allowed me to tailor the program to my satisfaction. Anyway, thank you for the chair support suggestion.

I guess if I was 80 years old … it’s so boringly repetitive — for me not worth the money, YouTube was fine — I guess I have to hand it to the advertisers. I’m in my 60’s, normally I use fitbod for my workouts because it really mixes up the routines and is nicely adapted to my home gym … this is good for a warmup tho … I’m hoping soon I get out of the same boring 8 exercises — 4 for legs and 4 for arms … if it’s ai-generated you might wanna consider mixing it up a little more … if it’s not ai-generated I just gave you a million dollar idea. My 85 year old dad and I used the routines and were fine for a week, but after that meh. And consider letting me add my music rather than the same stale track over and over … low-budget comes to mind.

This workout is very inspiring and has motivated me to get up every day and push. Sometimes it’s not about how much you do it’s about what you do. I recommend this plan for anybody trust me. It will definitely get the job done. The one thing I definitely love about is that you can always go back throughout the day and complete the routine over and over again as many times as you like.

Would like the app to allow you to make up a day if missed. Other than just leaving it blank. And show some type of credit if you do the exercises of the day more than once.
