I downloaded Quitz after too many âjust one glassâ nights turned into being hangover most days𼴠the daily check-ins are honestly helping more than I was hoping for. some days i still slip but now I donât spiral. itâs progress not perfectionđ love the mental health stuff too, itâs not just about booze itâs about why you reach for it. Wish the app was a lil cheaper tbh but itâs been worth it so far! đ
Turns out drinking every day isnât that chill

I downloaded Quitz after I caught myself opening a beer before lunch one day just because. Didnât think I had a real issue but then I realized I actually couldnât remember the last full day I didnât drink. That kinda made me pause
The apps not annoying or judgey. You log drinks, set some goals, and over time you start noticing stuff. Like oh cool I drank 5 nights this week and thought it was 2. It just helps you see things clearer. There was this night I was stressed out after work ready to grab something strong and instead I saw this dumb little challenge pop up in the app and weirdly it stopped me. Ended up just taking a walk instead. Not a life-changing story but for me it felt like a win
Still drink sometimes but itâs way less now and I feel better. The app isnât perfect but it helps. Thatâs enough for me right now
Didnât think I needed it til I kinda did

Started using Quitz after my girlfriend brought it up â not in a fight or anything, just casually mentioned maybe I was overdoing it. I didnât think I was. But I also hadnât had a booze-free weekend in... I dunno how long. So I gave the app a shot, figured why not. Itâs honestly way more chill than I expected. You can ignore stuff when youâre not in the mood, no guilt. The tracker makes it super easy to see how often you're drinking even when you think you're not. Some of the little tips or daily challenges are actually decent too. Like one night I was pacing around bored thinking about grabbing a bottle, opened the app instead, did one of the mental health check-ins. It was quick but it got me out of that loop. I didnât drink that night. That was new.
I still drink, just way less. I feel clearer too like not as foggy all the time. Itâs been worth it
guess i finally got tired of wine being my personality lol

ok so full honesty i didnât think i drank that much. like yeah i loved my wine nights and âjust oneâ turned into three a lot but doesnât everyone do that?? (fun fact: no. not everyone.) but when i started feeling anxious every morning and couldnât remember the last day i didnât have at least a glass or two, i started looking around for something. didnât wanna go full rehab or anything dramatic. just... needed a reset
i tried Quitz kind of on a whim. wasnât expecting much, like, how helpful can an app be right? but it actually helped me slow down without making me feel like a total disaster. i liked that i could set my own goals and not feel like i had to give up everything immediately. itâs not preachy. it just helps you notice stuff. like how often youâre drinking, why you reach for it, how you feel after. weirdly powerful
there was this one night i was feeling super down, normally iâd pour a drink and zone out. instead i opened the app, read this random motivation thing and did one of their little check-ins. it sounds cheesy but i cried lol. in a good way. felt like i was actually dealing with stuff instead of numbing it
could this app be cheaper? absolutely. but I feel ready to pay what it takes to stop waking up with anxiety and refgret 5 times a week. so yeah. worth it
Best app to solve your issues

Ive been using quitz for 3 months and Im amazed! it helped me transform my relationship with alcohol. As a prolific coctail binger i needed something like this to help me moderate myself on my friday nights out with the girlies. Everything in this app feels personalized like I set my goals to reduce weekend drinking and the app adjusts my program based on the achieved progres. Seeing my sober streak grow makes me real proud!
The daily tasks like quick motivational reads, logging my drinks (which honestly made me realize how much I was consuming) and simple questions to reflect on my life choices help me stay focused. Plus the mental health checks keep me emotionally grounded which has truly worked for me.
Unlike your fake girlfriends, quitz doesnât judge. When Im low and doubt if I can carry on this app encourages me with motivational messages and helps build up my confidence. To me personally this app is worth every penny - the combination of tracking tools, personalized support, and daily motivation has really turned my life around.
helped me hold on so much

I didnât think Iâd ever be someone who needed help to stop drinking. Honestly for a long time I was like, Iâm fine, Iâm just stressed, whatever. Then it stopped feeling fine. I found Quitz when I was googling ways to cut back without feeling like a total failure at 2am one night
Downloading it was weirdly hard for me like admitting I needed help at all felt like this huge thing. But the app doesnât treat you like youâre broken. Itâs super chill. You set your own goals. You can change them if you mess up
One night after a really bad fight with my roommate I was so ready to go grab a bottle from the store. Instead I opened the app because it had become kind of like this anchor for me. I did one of the breathing tasks they suggested. Didnât fix everything obviously but I didnât drink that night. That mattered
Iâm not perfect with it. Sometimes I slip. But having Quitz in my pocket makes it easier to get back on track without spiraling into shame. Itâs just steady. Iâm really grateful for that
Price wise yeah itâs a little more than I wish it was but honestly itâs cheaper than the mess I made for myself before so whatever

The app claims it is free, and you can use a majority of the basic features for the first week without any warning of losing them, but once you pass the threshold you canât even use the basic features anymore without being prompted to buy a subscriptionâwhich is wildly overpriced for the features being offered.
A service that stops a userâs journey short and forces them into a subscription before continuing stunts any growth or progress the individual has made towards their sobriety goals. I canât support a company like that.
Supportive app

Life-changing tool!
Who knew tracking drinks could be this eye-opening? SoberMe turned my one drink into one less excuse. Not an easy pill to swallow but worth it!
