I downloaded this app about a week ago and it was great and then all of a sudden it just stopped working not answering calls not announcing nothing so obviously I’m getting rid of this thing during the trial. So I don’t have to pay for it. It seems to be working again, but sometimes it’s difficult to hear

I stop receiving incoming calls after I unscheduled, how to fix this matter?

They’ve finally made a better answering bot. While Robokiller is still better for pranking the scammers, this is the easiest set up I’ve ever had for these types of apps/services. All you have to do is forward all calls to the number they give you, and the app takes care of the rest. The options to have both your name and the part where it mentions it’s an AI turned off are one and the only reason why this is now my favorite spam call blocker. Doesn’t do anything for text messages, but it’ll catch all the calls. I absolutely love this app. The unintended benefit(or maybe it was intentional), all calls are recorded and saved in the app/on your phone and accessible in the call log tab. With the ability to turn that function off while you’re in the call. I just pray they keep it at a reasonable price. Which now I am happy to say it is. We’ll see how long it’ll stay like that.

I wish there were better controls to whitelist favorite contacts to never go through the screening process. It seems like this does not work. I don’t want my friends to have to be bothered with answering screening questions. There should also be a setting where anybody who is a contact in my phone should not be screened. Disappointing that that is not an option.

Can’t get it off my cell

Great app but it sometimes disconnects the call especially when I’m on a call for a longer period of time. Sound quality is not always very good. I love how it tells you what the calls are about. It really helps me remember who I talked with and what the call was about. The people calling me really get annoyed and say it is a pain. That being said I am not getting any solicitation calls now.

I put in a trouble ticket help request two weeks ago. No reply. Call screening often connects calls without completing the screening. Which kind of defeats the purpose. No support for two numbers on the same device. Big downside.

Set up involves forwarding your calls to their call center. I tried more than ten times and it didn’t work. You can see the destination number they are trying to forward to as part of this process, so I tried calling it and it said “This number is not working due to a configuration issue”. They have some bugs to work out. This was in the UK to a UK number on Vodafone.

Beware of the app. I stopped receiving any calls on my phone. Phone never rang, no recorded voicemails and no recent missed calls never showed up. The only way I knew if someone tried to call is if they sent me a text telling me they tried to call. I canceled trial subscription and deleted the app. Calls were still not showing up on my phone. You would think that after I canceled and deleted the app, and reset the phone that I would start receiving calls again. But nooo. Tried to call app developer. They don’t take calls from the number. Message says is unmanned phone line. I emailed them. The catch 22 is that if someone did try to call you back, you wouldn’t know it because you can’t receive phone calls or notification that they did call. I went through the online support questions myself and found a topic about “what if you’re never receiving calls”. Evidently with this app, there is a call forwarding number. Topic said to go into your phone and turn off call forwarding. Did this and now phone works. I don’t usually leave reviews but feel like this is a bug they need to fix. Also, if anyone else is having this problem, hopefully this will help them.
