    There wasn’t an option to turn off the terrible music they added to the game. Immediately deleted.

  • Ad glitch, suuuper frustrating

    Love this game but have a few issues to share. First, it’s sad that the app doesn’t support storing data across devices. I had to start over on any device I download the app on. Secondly, there is an ad that continues to glitch. I love that this game offers freebies and allows us to gain energy by watching ads, but there has been an ad for a picture/crossword game featuring a black and white color scheme with a cat and a bird that continues to freeze. It slows down my entire iPad and the same ad comes up every time, so none of the rewards are collected for an entire day. It freezes my ipad until I’m able to clear it from my cache completely, which is kind of concerning. Mostly, it’s a huge bummer that I miss out on all of the rewards since the ad doesn’t alternate. I know immediately when I see that crossword with a black and white background with the cat and bird that I won’t get rewards that day. Then I just avoid the app for a few days to see if the ad has left rotation so I can receive rewards. Otherwise, I love the game. Just frustrated with the lost rewards.

    Played for a while, definitely dumped money into it (I dont mind spending on silly things) but the one and only time I requested support they were useless. I didn’t receive a Joker card and after 2 weeks of back and forth they “determined” that I already used it lol. You have to select a card to use the Joker on, and I only had 3 cards to choose from so I’m pretty sure I couldn’t have accidentally used it. To me, this came off as petty and stingy for a Pay to Play so I deleted it since if something like this happened again I wouldn’t want to similar result. Play TravelTown instead - it’s exactly the same but better graphics, reliable support, and less stingy prizes

    The game on Instagram looks fun- but apparently you have to go through levels to get what is advertised. No thanks! I don’t want to merge drinks .

  • Missing Items

    Why are items missing especially those on the top merging list? Last night I merged Sushi rolls to the top of the list, so was coconut. But this morning I found them missing. This is not the first time but when it happened the other day I was not sure. Would you please explain why? I spent money on those items.

  • App crashes

    whatever dev tried to fix with the newest update made the game worse. i have to open the app 4-5 times before im actually able to play because it won’t load, followed by an error message and then forced exit of the app/crash. only happened once i updated the app recently

  • A new board

    Can’t we have a new board? I suggest we get to unlock a new board after some levels because the board gets so full really fast and we can’t merge peacefully. Please introduce a new board and we can access it by swiping left or right. Also, we can move items from one board to another.

    Waiting over 3 hours to play without buying credits was costly. Neatly $100 spent and I have nothing to show for it. Bye bye game
