Promised Amazon gift card and other prizes once you pay says unavailable, streams are laggy and don’t work as well and games are horrible. Way better apps to go with. Don’t download this janky app waste of time and money

Made one purchase for coins on April 30th, money was taken immediately from my account . Now almost 3 weeks later they are charging my card for random amounts and coincidentally cannot help me and “ have no idea where the charges are coming from” Do not download this app, they will steal your money.

The game is very fun. I love to play the claw machines. I’ve won about 20 prizes now. I just got my first package in the mail with 10 prizes from the claw machine and the prizes are good quality. The shipping was faster than I expected too. A little pricey for shipping but not bad at all. The claw machines are challenging but not impossible by any means. When I don’t have coins to play it’s still fun to watch other people play and win live. I also really love the livestream every day with our friendly host Doris. I definitely recommend this game to others, just be smart about your spending!

I won the 3 prizes required (at the time more than a year ago now!) and never received my prizes. Waited a year, wrote them email after email and spoke to so many “live customer service” agents that all gave me the run around and lied and said they would ship it to write back later and I never got a thing! I’m so disappointed because their sister app claw party was so amazing and on point, I won and received so many prizes from them and it’s just said they let that app go for this and don’t even ship prizes. I won’t even get into the blatantly obvious “prize winning” pictures that are straight lies from the a people at the app themselves. If you look and compare the pictures, whoever is taking these pictures and creating these fake accounts isn’t too bright because you can clearly see they are all taken at the same place. Claw Eden should be ashamed at themselves and yes I have screenshots to back you all my claims! If there’s any actual humans that would like to reach out and correct this I would be grateful to speak to you and finally get my prizes I won! Thank you

This is rigged. The claws are not tightened enough to pick up anything and one of the machines that I played the claw didn’t even close. DO NOT SPEND YOUR REAL MONEY ON THIS!!!!!!!

I love this game so much at first I was a little worry because I have been scam in the past with other games but this one is amazing I have played almost for a year now and I have win so many prizes including Sony angels and they are REAL!!! In conclusion I love it and I will play it for the rest of my life.

I won 1500-2000 coins asked for service still ain’t get my coins. Would win a game and they said I failed I was salty. Still waiting on my prizes.

I had fun with this app at first I won a few prizes without spending any money just purchasing the shipping but then after a while I saw that you could get into this special mall if you purchased a membership which I did whenever you purchase items from the mall, the shipping on them is ridiculous. It ranges from $20-$100 just for a simple small item. I have about 100,000 coins on my account and I really can’t do much with them. It seems like they disabled the claw machines for me so I can’t even get a good grab. I know it sounds crazy, but this app is sketchy.

it says its says it was signed off 6 days ago but the post office never seen my tracking info its this waste of time or trying take peope idenity?!
