Claw Eden - Prize Mall

I love this claw machine app,has amazing prizes and great prices for coins. I love that it’s fast shipping as well. Though I recently tried logging in today and it said I violated their rules. From what I believe, I have not violated any rules. I paid a lot of money into this app and this has really upset me since I really enjoyed this claw game app. I’m hoping I can get some help , if I do then this will definitely be a 5 star review >~<

Don’t get trapped in this app. Real coin pusher machines rarely put out the correct amount of coins upon a 10 push or a win, along with the raised shelf just out of camera view preventing you from retaining your true winnings. Pay close attention to the build up at the shelf, specially if you hit big and coin output gets real slow! Playing coin pushers in the most corrupt of arcades, you won’t see a backup build like these do without a heavier prize or item restricting you. Claw machines are misleading too. If and when they work properly, the cameras alignment is meant to throw you off and 75% of items appear weighted. Save your money and go waste it at a locally owned real arcade with a proper small games of chance license.

I played the coin pusher games twice, I go to play again today and it won’t let me login and says my device is banned. I don’t have any emails or explanations from them. I had just bought the weekly club membership. Feels like I got scammed.

Game does nothing but glitches! And then it charges you multiple times for the same coin package when it glitches out sometimes and … will try to charge you for coin packages that aren’t even advertised on their app.. and also tries to charge you for these unknown coin packages when you are NOT even on the app, don’t have it open, so now it looks like I’ll be out of a total of 145$…yes 145$ if these 2 unknown packages go through and if they don’t, i am still 129$ down into this game due to all of the glitches this app has.

I had won quite a bit of prizes, but I also spent like $50. However I was playing today and had about 10 or more prizes won that I haven’t shipped yet. The game won’t open at all now, and I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled and still having the same issue… I’m worried since I uninstalled it I lost all my prizes. I also still had like 20,000 coins and can’t get in the app at all… please help and I’ll update my review. Update!! Sooo my app eventually worked again. I just left it alone for a few days and tried one night and it loaded right up! I shipped all my prizes and just today, I recieved some of my prizes!!! I won one of the anime girl figures, along with some one piece figures and a keychain pop!! Firstly, I would like to say that this stuff shipped really fast, it was a few weeks. But I’m used to waiting for temu stuff lol. It was no longer than their shipping speed. I’m VERY impressed with the quality of the figures. They have a nice weight to them and are actually quite detailed!!! I cannot WAIT to get my other prizes. 10/10 I will say that the game does require a little bit of skill. The claws are weak but it’s not impossible to win, it’s all about skill.

Theres plenty ways to win… i won one by bouncing a plush so gotta account for bounce ricochet too. Overall spent 20 or so and got maybe 7 prizes? Have noticed a lot of my complimentary tokens dont bode so well so, may be more lucky with money bought tokens? Not sure. Overall pretty dang pleased with the app and following through with sending those quintessential quintuplet figures etc. can see why mixed reviews, but can see a decent business being ran at the same time.

Started playing a few days ago. Won a few prizes. Tried to launch the app today and it won’t load. Hopefully I at least end up getting my prizes, but I was having fun playing. There’s a handful of games, not just claw machines. I quite like the coin pushers. It threw me off when I saw there were both real live coin pushers and also digital ones. Honestly, the digital ones are better. The real ones are typically are full of people and won’t let you play. They also have technical issues like the lights not working right or pieces falling off. Plus you can’t see the drop line to know how many coins actually fell and if they’re being counted correctly. The virtual ones are more accurate in the way of counting the coins, and there’s fewer players. The plinko mini game was fun for a few seconds. They don’t have a great payout though and the coins tend to fall in the same spot over and over no matter how you drop it. The crane games are great. Love the mechanic where the claw moves in short bursts. Other apps always frustrated me with how much of a delay there was, and this short burst control makes for more accurate placement. Yes, when you tap on a machine for a certain prize, the one you’re grabbing isn’t the same as advertised. However, that’s the norm in these apps. It records what prize you actually wanted and that’s what SHOULD show up once shipped. I cannot attest for how good shipping is. My prizes (as of yesterday) had not been mailed out yet.

I won a prize and have been trying to get in to the app to ship it for several days but the app won’t let me in. The problem with this is the prizes expire, so I’m worried my prize won’t be there when it finally lets me in.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and now all of a sudden every time I open the app it just sits at the loading screen and does nothing.
