Too expensive for casual users

i finally cleared up enough storage to DOWNLOAD this, hoping it would make things easier, and this was a completely useless waste of the little bit of storage i had left. when i would try to do any action of deleting, the app would freeze and then crash. it was buggy, with the ‘select duplicate videos’ section seeming just generally broken. yes, my version was fully updated, etc. thank god i canceled before the free trial was over or i would have tried to get my money back. i’m honestly curious if this is some sort of data/image farming scam because this was 100% useless.

I tried to delete all past calendar entries. That didn’t work so I tried with 10, still no luck.

I am being charged for $8.99 a week for several months now. I have never used this app! I want my money refunded back to me! This is a ripoff!

Cancelled this app in August 2024 and received a charge February 2025 unexpectedly. Can’t call or message these folks and all I could do is report a problem to Apple. Not sure if it will resolve but here’s hoping!

First time to try it is work.
