    I’ve used all the award search tools out there, and Roame is my favorite. Love how easy it is with the app now! The app notifications already got me a first class slight to Japan - game changer for booking these hard to get points bookings

    Maybe the upgraded version is different, but there’s no way I’d pay to upgrade based on what is here. There are only four airport options to search. So if you don’t travel between JFK, SFO, and Australia, there doesn’t seem to be a point. Even when I searched those airports with a filter on for first class flights, what pops up is economy.

    This is one of those apps that they have an idea how it should work, know that it doesn’t work correctly, but push it out anyway just so they can claim they have an app version. Ever since I signed up, the app never worked. Was told by the owner don’t use the app. Then WHY DID YOU PUT IT OUT THERE? As for the web version, honestly if you want to spend a few minutes daily to check the availability directly from the airlines, it’s probably better. The alerts typically come in the middle of the night and by the time you wake up, the seats are gone anyway. I think the product is not really for tease but they pushed it forward anyway

    bug report - saving in app and email notifications slider in alerts not functional - iOS The slider works, but if you leave the screen and come back it doesn’t save / persist your choice. Haven’t been receiving email or app alerts since using feature on iOS (used to use solely on desktop and email alerts worked fine). Also - when trying to submit feedback, get error response “Waiting for API”

    This App is buggy, illogical, but worst of all, misses a lot of deals available on the airline websites. I compared NY to Milan side-by-side. App had no Emirates, which has a direct and the best deal. Furthermore, it gives u a one way price, so they expect u to stay there forever? Who cares if going in 25k miles but getting back in a week or so is 200k? The filter doesn’t work either. And can’t get hold of anyone from the App.

    Useful for searching and scouring many different programs and cities for flights and ways to use points. It does crash very often. I try to search using SkyView and it crashes and cannot do so. It doesn't crash when I just use the real time search, which is much less efficient. I try to use SkyView because I want to try to scout for what routes are available and then see if it's available real time, but the constant crashing doesn't allow me to do so.
