It won’t let you cancel your subscription there is NO cancel subscription button. It talks you to go to a website only for it to say contact support and support never gets back to you!!

Has issues staying connected making it difficult to use. When connected works fine but be careful because it’s very sensitive to touch and will go to an option you didn’t select.

Half of the time devices don’t even show up on the app. It just stares at you blankly, won’t connect won’t refresh it just sits there literally smh you can’t even update. The fact that it works when it wants and just completely stops at random times when it doesn’t want to work and no matter how many times you refresh or delete and remove the app it still won’t work. App is pure trash honestly Update: App still is trash. Disconnects when it wants to. Randomly stops working for no reason. And will stop working days at a time. Please don’t download this app.

Oh, you bad quality but good to use when you have no remote sometimes it works and sometimes it does
