I just need to get to settings so I can try and connect a new remote but actually clicking on anything is blocked by a pay wall. Dude why…..

The remote will repeatedly lose connection & timeout. That's annoying for the price paid .

If you are going to be a free app, please do not make the very first pop-up a customer sees be a payment screen. Just charge from the beginning or don’t charge at all.

I downloaded this app because of several reviews saying it was free unlike other remote apps and that was literally no where near true. The second page after opening this app was asking for a subscription plan or free trial.

Don’t even sign up for the free trial because even when you cancel before time they still charge you.

I use.. well I ATTEMPT to use this remote when I can’t find the remote to my tv . You have to pay for the service to even press okay . The free features are volume up/down , using the up/down/left/right buttons . Everything else prompts a pop up to pay for the full service . I would’ve been inclined to do so if it wasn’t 7 dollars a WEEK or 30 a year just for a remote . It’s annoying and not worth it

You can’t use the basic remote control functions unless you sign up for their subscription

So it claims to have a 3 day free trial, Yet charged me $15 just to use it upon subscription and even then the “auto connect” feature didnt even work and it needed my remote to connect the 2 devices together. Don’t download.
