I love the app. It’s very useful when I’m busy. I only have one problem. You cannot delete the voice memos. You can only archive. If you are short on storage, or create a lot of voice memos, like I do. It is a major problem…I would like to have the option to delete.

I use this to manage calls to my small business. It the ai works great and the service is easy to setup and use. My problem is that most people communicate with text messaging and this app doesn’t really support full texting. Also most services today require some time passcode to verify. Most send a text message with a code. This service does NOT support receiving a code via text. It has already been an issue in just 3 days of use. Please developers add texting and messaging to this service even if it’s not full Ai just being able to stay in this one app would be worth it. It’s a problem not having messages

Did the set up but if 5 people call it’s only answering 2…. Would love to continue using it but …. I try again in a few months..

Barley has integration options and it’s stuck and doesn’t stop forwarding call to a number that I keep on disabling the call forward for. I literally have to get in the app every time and change the identity number and call forward number and the moment I leave the app it reverts back resulting in my constantly having to change it and at this point it doesn’t work. Completely unsatisfied and pointless app do not buy !

We travel a lot and need M1 for all its features but it is useless once you leave States, can’t even log in to check my voicemails. GPS location bound to USA so it’s useless for anyone traveling. Don’t bother with their endless replies on support they won’t do anything about it.

This app is the bomb dot com. It helps me stay organized and keeps track of my business conversations even giving me a summary with tasks to check off my list. If you are a Project Manager fielding a lot of calls, this will help you stay on point.

I really like it. But I am hoping for some improvement. Please add texting option- simple stuff such as texting a link to my booking portal if customer wants to make an appointment. Also, AI gives a wrong website and I’m not sure how to fix it. And, how can I stop recording if I answer the phone call? Thank you. One more thing, it speaks in other languages very broken but still cool.

I’ve delete this app about 2 weeks ago and my calls has been going through

When I first starting using the app, I had a horrible experience with customer support. I feel like it was growing pains because since then it has gotten much better. The app continues to update with very useful features the longer I use it. It’s more than just a virtual receptionist. It can record calls, summarize conversations, and house all of your business communication. I’m very excited to see where this app goes. I gave it 4/5 instead of the full 5 stars since it’s still a bit bare bones with customization and some tiny bugs that I’m sure will both be worked out as the program matures.

I didn’t find the app foolproof for taking business calls so I deleted it at the trial Stage. I’ve had people since message me saying they can not get passed the M1 assist and my phone is not picking up the call. Frustrated
