I signed up, but it does not work at whole foods. I got failed many times, then asked for assistance at the store, unhelpful, they said contact them, like it was not their issue my poor customer experience.

Your account won’t be active unless you visit one of their stores and then you still have to have your card on you. So stupid. They also delete your profile after 45 days. Worthless waste of time and setup.

I followed instructions, took the required picture and waited for too long only to be told that the app could not connect with the server. BTW my internet connection was working fine.

It is impossible to take pictures of your palm especially for seniors. Obviously no user experience was done.

It’s really easy and quick to pay for my produce. I haven’t had any issues with it. The best part is that I can apply my Amazon prime loyalty discount and pay with just one palm swipe instead of having to dig out my phone and find the QR code to scan.

You can’t add your credit card on an iPhone if your expiration date is in December, because the option is placed off the touchable area of the bottom of the screen.

Who thought this through and went, “You know what’s a great idea?! Let’s accept any credit card but our own Amazon Prime Store Card! Why? This is so poorly done. Going through sign up to just need your card when you use it in store is so stupid.

Tried to use this new & interesting tech only to find a glitch in logging into my account the first time. You say enter a phone # to receive a “one time” code, but it never comes. I did it 2X and made sure my phone # is correct… the code never came.
