Was great until I just updated the game and now it won’t load

Not the same game

While I enjoy this game, I have been suffering from a recent issue. A single reward and a chunk of points from an in-game event vanished: still unclear as to why. After several rounds of reporting and image sharing, the customer service team appears to have no interest in reviewing further, nor righting their mistake. It has now been 10 days since their last response. I was never rude nor did I make accusations or curse. All I wanted was my reward returned to me that I had earned. But I have been ghosted by a “professional” team.

Al principio tuve una experiencia muy buena pero con el tiempo eh tenido demasiados bugs en el juego primero espere para la s1 si se solucionaba y después espere para la fusión de servidores pero en este momento me arrepiento de haberle invertido mi dinero

I actually had a really fun time playing this game. Unfortunately, it devolves into pay to win pretty quickly. More importantly, they manipulate loot-drop odds, which uses real money. I actually have a formal complaint to FTC going right now.

While there is content for free to play people or even small spenders, the company has chosen to put factions behind a paywall. They only want your money. Good luck everyone

Really disappointed in the dev’s decision to completely remove the wheel pass, and not even give a free daily attempt at the event that replaced it. This was the only event that gave free players a fighting chance to get mythic heros and be remotely competitive. The dev’s are greedy and will continue closing up the small space that free players currently have in the game. SMH.

Look at the game, then look at the ad...it should be illegal to show an ad for a game and it be NOTHING like whats advertised...they put more effort into the ad

Downloaded off an instagram ad that had me quite excited. Who would’ve expected that I open the game and it’s completely different. Obnoxious but checks out reading these other reviews about development and customer support team.

Customer service is trash but the game is cool. You seriously need to update some guidelines because dirty jokes are being thrown towards any women. As a 17 year old in a server full of 30-40 years old that’s just bull.
