  • Crashing issues and buttons not working right

    The devs are so focused on adding cash cow content they aren’t giving any attention to the fact their game crashes, freezes, and often buttons and text get delayed. I bet they’ll blame it on how many users they have using the app instead of taking proper accountability to fix the technical issues on their end. Other option is they don’t care at all because of the people who cam afford to spend money to level their castle and buy all the expensive benefits, while they bully their server into either joining stronger guilds or burn, rather than helping smaller guilds make it and have fun

    Purchased over $400 in “in-game” items over the course of 2 months. One item purchased was incorrect. After notifying support, they told me to just wait for the item to come back and re-purchase the right item (character skin). Requested they simply swap it in my account and they said “no.” I turned to Apple and requested a refund due to the “mistake purchase” fully intending on purchasing the correct item. Then… the game locked my account completely. No have ZERO access to all the items I purchase. Do NOT play this game if you intend to purchase ANYTHING. Misleading and unhelpful customer support.

    This game at one point you could make it without dropping massive amounts of money. In order to succeed in this game you have to drop thousands of dollars. Don’t waste your time and download this game.

    So after the update I lost my account. After spending over 600 on it not only can I not get a refund but the developers do not respond at all. Apple will do nothing about this nor will developers I would suggest no one support either group since they are only stealing money and not giving products.

    This game is a waste of money and time you have to pay hundreds of dollars (at least) to be a little competitive. If you’ve been playing for months and months and some just starts and spends more money they will beat you. The design of this game is simple get as much money from users as fast as possible.

    It’s fun at first but after you finsh the short story mode you join a guild and realize everything is pay to win. If you don’t your power is weak compared to the whales . It’s really hard to grind things as a free to pay player because you’re stuck behind a pay wall
