I was struggling getting my Player + device to function at first and Blue Tees, specifically Zhyrra stepped in and walked me through it. It is hard to find customer service like this anymore. Will buy more products from Blue Tees based on the timely follow up and quality of service.

I love all the options the app gives me and I love the speaker. The only thing I would add is a club suggestion for distances to the hole. I’m a new golfer and I’m still figuring out what club I should use and when

Used for a year and could never get it to show up as an option to install on my Ultra iwatch. Also a manual tracking feature to adjust shots that aren’t reading correctly would be nice.

I’ve tried to reach out and get them to fix this multiple times since I’ve bought it gave them all the details I needed. They sent me an email saying they fixed it. It’s still not fixed.

My rangefinder had issues and immediately emailed customer support. Zhy responded immediately through our emails and ended up honoring the warranty. Got my replacement just in time for my weekend game. Customer Service is top notch.

Edited the review of interoperability issue as that got resolved. Up from 1 to 4 stars. Support really attentive as they try to fix bugs. Have to respect that. App still has annoying feature requiring you to rate your round before you can close a round on the app. The fix is supposed to come in April. I no longer feel so bad about subscribing and will give it a try on my next few rounds.

Best all in one tool. Accurate with distances, provides tons of game improvement feedback and great sound.

Very enjoyable to use. Love the GPS - was never a music guy on the course - but now find it relaxing and fun.

No, I don’t want to be asked to “input all missing scores” after I finish a round. I’m not using this app to keep score! No, I don’t want to “post my score” after I finish a round. I’m not using this app to keep score! No, I don’t want to “describe the playing conditions” after I finish a round. I just want to end the round! The amount of post-round pop-ups is ridiculous! I want to see my GPS numbers on my speaker and that’s it! There needs to be a, “no scoring” setting for this app. A, “stop bugging me” setting, that just lets me show the info on my speaker and nothing more! I even tried keeping score in this app a few times, but the interface is horrible! Too many taps and swipes to enter a score. And it’s impossible to tell if you’ve actually entered a score anyways, because every score is pre-filled with par, even if you haven’t entered your score. But it’s still not actually “entered”, just a placeholder that you can’t tell is a placeholder. So now I have a million weird saved rounds without scores. Just let me end the round without saving or posting! I’m not using this app to keep score! Let me disable every feature except seeing my distances on my speaker!
