Didn’t find any of my coins

Never got the date right

Till now I haven’t found my coins in this program. It only send me information of coins that I do not need to know.

Has trouble identifying years in coin or even the coin itself. A reverse proof is not difficult to identify!? Cannot even get the date on coin right even when you can see it clearly in the picture that you’ve taken! It was a total waste of money. Would like a refund of my 39$
