I cancelled my subscription and then was charged again.

This app continues to charge $14.99 a WEEK even after cancellation!

Signed up for a trial, but there is no way to cancel, so they just keep charging your card. Attempts to reach out go ignored and unanswered. There is no clear way to do anything and when you try it just kicks you back to the sign up page. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Do NOT subscribe to this app!!! Even after you cancel they still charge you! Very fraudulent app! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE .29 because you will STILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU CANCEL!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I submitted a request the day I downloaded the app to not renew the subscription. This app wasn’t in my subscriptions so I couldn’t cancel it there (it didn’t show up in the settings app under subscriptions) Submitted a ticket thru apple but didn’t get a response and now they charged me $16.99 when I didn’t want to renew. This app is terrible with customer service as there is no live person to talk to and misleading with the prices.

I’ve I could rate a 0 I would this app has no way no unsubscribe, the only form of contact is a WhatsApp group chat with people who are trying to cancel their subscription also admin never replies and you can’t get a refund please do not subscribe to the weekly plan you will have to contact your bank

I think you are losing money buy trying to make people pay monthly instead of just buying the book they want to read

Okay I’m giving 4 stars because I like the stories they are really captivating and the concept of this app and people are complaining about the subscription I don’t have a problem with it. The only thing I don’t like is how the stories are rushed and sound very AI and as you are reading a book it says there is a certain amount of chapters like 200, but then you get to like chapter 10 for example and then there is an entirely different story in the same book. I don’t know if they will get to this point I but it would be nice make your own story and read others as well.
