    as expected, the ad was completely fake and the gameplay incredibly boring. False advertising is a quick way to lose people. Don’t waste your time with this one. Most the good reviews are likely fake as well.

  • Fun game, until you need customer service

    I was told to join the game from my roommate & it’s been a lot of fun so far. However my roommate had a problem with getting into their account recently. We contacted customer service, but it takes forever for them to get back to you. They respond at a specific time once a day (from what we noticed). So now my roommates castle/resources might get attacked without a shield because the game is quite the commitment.

    I’ve downloaded puzzles and Chaho’s frozen castle and it still the glitch you cannot involve a certain hero again when it’s at level 10, it doesn’t involve you’re supposed to involve a hero at level 10, please fix it in an update please I’m not satisfied with it and that’s why I rated it. Three stars please fix it now come on. I’m desperate if you have time.

    I’m enjoying this game, & I can see others enjoying it too. Graphics are very good, story line is good. It might not be for everyone, but those who enjoy dragons, fighting undead, and controlling heroes in a quest style gaming experience should enjoy playing.

    A confusing and overcomplicated mash-up of several different game genres — match 3, building and resource management, and turn-based party combat to name a few — whose only unifying design principle is the constant attempt to part you from your money.

    I couldn’t get into the game today, so followed their request to contact support. I received an error when submitting, so attempted to try via the chat link on the 37games page. I also tried contacting the link on AppStore, which lead to a Fb chat asking me to submit a ticket in game. I’m unable to access the game, so I can’t follow their instructions for support. I am still in limbo, and would love alternative means to reach support. The game is like so many out there, which allows me the option to just move on to one with a genuine customer support option, but this would have been my only- although significant- complaint. I hope to get some help, but others in my alliance report they have gotten the run-around a few times from service. I don’t know how else to get help, and I’m pretty familiar with tech and game support as I support my own app.
