  • Can’t get any changes to show up

    I just downloaded the app, went thru the trouble of setting up my profile and all that. Followed people and posted. None of that showed up as changed and it’s still like my profile is blank. I do not see anyway to contact support either.

    Really good app and highly recommend to anyone who is upset with how twitter or x is now. Only complaint is that it won’t let me like replies or let me delete posts

    I was expecting the first party Bluesky app to be subpar. It is, in fact, quite excellent and full featured!

    App is great, it could be better bit it definitely has potential to become the new place to be.

    Crazy that there’s no option to adjust timeline feed to see oldest post first, then scroll up to newer posts. Sometimes folks just want to launch the app and pickup where they left off without the timeline resetting back to the top/ latest posts

    That’s my early impression. Probably need more time for the algorithm to meet my desires, as the politics feel hokey and the arts feel sparser than I would like. Definitely want more thoughtful political discourse interspersed with the beauty of the world and the arts. I was on X for a little while but the deregulation of it allowed for rampant racism and sexism which seemed to just be spiraling out of control with no end in sight. I decided it was time to leave after this, and this is off to a better start so far but only time will tell. I normally wouldn’t review this early but I feel it necessary given that this social network appears to be a target for review bombing by the same people who hate being held accountable for their egregious behavior and prefer X for that reason.
