Was great for the first few months, but now it rarely works. Just sits at the launch screen. Uninstall over and over then sometimes it will work for a bit before not working.

The last month or so the app has been working very spotty and when I email I don’t get a response. When it works properly it’s great but lately it hasn’t been working very well. I pay for the pro as well so it’s been frustrating.

When it works it’s great. But it only works half the time. Beginning to feel like a waste of money.

App rarely opens someone needs to get in there and fiiiix that asap!

I used to be a firm supporter of SwiftSole & it has progressively been on a decline and has gotten worse. From not only removing autocheckout ability, now drops aren’t even up to date. YouTube page hasn’t been touched in over a year. Just sucking money from the people. There are by far better cook groups you could join for even free and get the same if not better drop information easier. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP AND SO CALLED COMPANY scamming their customers.

Best place to get shoes

This is a great app at telling you restocks and launch dates. But when it stops working like it did to me a few days ago with the paid subscription good luck getting support. I’ve been waiting since 9/30/23 just to get something other than an automated email acknowledging receipt of my support request.
