During an unknown “gameplay test” where your energy is used up 3x’s faster than normal, I spent money on energy. When I noticed this, I contacted support & was told about the gameplay test but not to worry because the test is over now! NO apology, NO energy returned for the energy that was stolen from me by their test, & NO refund or anything else from them!!!!

  • Cute but…

Fun relaxing little game to play, as the game goes on it runs very very very slow merging items, I have used 300+ energies just to try to collect one walking boot, still can’t get one walking boot, need at least 500 or more energy to make that happen, the game knows what pieces you need and doesn’t produce those pieces until it is gone. Tricky little thing. The photo book cracks me up, I have collected the same photos at least 50 times! Breakdown, if you are not spending real money, like myself, just be patient and wait for your charges to build up. Nice time waster though.
  • my favorite game

this is my type of game. it is so fun. i’ve been playing for months. but at one point i had a bunch of coins and never had an issue with running out of coins. i had like 50,000. you spend the coins to upgrade to buildings to get more things. a few weeks ago all of my coins disappeared. it’s very frustrating because now it is taking forever to upgrade things. i reached out to the creators and they told me they didn’t see anything lost and that i spent them all. but the building only cost around 4,000. my level is somewhere in the 60s. it just made the game a little less fun.
  • Bait and switch game

This game was advertised elsewhere as a tile game which it was until level 20. The tile game had no affect on any other aspect of the game. The description of this game states that it has no advertisements and that’s right to an extent. There are no advertisements from other companies. They have multiple pop-ups about purchasing “gem” or “energy.” So in a sense there are ads to purchase in-game items. The back-to-back pop-ups get frustrating. That brings me to my next point. This is a PAY-TO-WIN type of game. I used up 250 “energy” trying to get one item to merge. That’s for one item. The game gets so complex after a certain point that it becomes annoyingly difficult to play. At the beginning the play is easy. But after it is unnecessarily difficult. Example- you have to be able to generate an item then tap on that item and use up 7 energy for the probability of getting an item you need and you don’t always get it. It takes 3 hours to regenerate 100 “energy.” In some categories there are 12 items so when you’re turning in orders and having to generate an item to get an item you can see where it almost forces you to have to buy gems and energy. I bought gems once and then I realized how often I would have to do it and I never did it again. I have never payed attention to the story line in the game because it wasn’t interesting so I’ve always skipped it. This game is a good time waster when you have nothing else to do but just be ready to be frustrated by many aspects of it.
  • Very boring in the upper level

    By Soldiersuzanne
I’m on level 123 and the only “challenge” is how long it takes to fulfill the orders and how much repairs “cost.” It’s ridiculous to have to “spend” several hundred points to merge something. It’s getting very boring.
  • Really enjoy

I really enjoy this game, but the ratio of lab activities to art activities is so wrong! I have had the highest level of the lab and it’s of no use. Same about the ratio of wine to implements and jellies. It took me almost 100 bolts to get some jam. I have almost a full board but none of the customers want anything but something that takes a lot to give. As much as I like this game I may have to delete it because it is getting too expensive for me. I do appreciate the free ice cream and ceramics.

I love this game but after two minutes I’m done because I’m out of energy. There’s just not enough to enjoy the game, two minutes of play is ridiculous.
