Description

Everybody gets moody. Moods are a natural part of your emotional rhythm. Tracking them can help you find patterns in how your moods vary both over time and how they’re influenced by different situations and circumstances. You probably already know that you feel good when you are in a positive mood, such as when you feel powerful, loving, or optimistic. And, you probably already know you feel bad when you are in a negative mood, such as when you feel anxious, scared, or sad. Other times, you might not really understand how you feel. With this app you can record your mood and associate it with a wide range of emotions and triggers. This will help you track your thoughts as a daily journal, providing you with a visual representation so you can understand your moods and help you manage them so you can feel better. - Become more aware of your feelings and emotions - Create a space to reflect on your feelings and emotions - Recognize patterns and triggers - Make better decisions related to triggers and moods - Share your mood checks with your therapist and get the support you need With Moodlight Premium you can: - Get stats: see your overall mood/emotion/trigger breakdowns and spot trends and patterns. - View history: browse your previous entries and see how your moods and responses change over time. To access the Moodlight Premium content and functionality, you can choose between a monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription. This recurring transaction will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of your subscription. Add an option to sync your cycle with it so you can track your emotions and hormonal cycles and it will be a full 10/10!! I absolutely love it still tho. 9/10
  • Feature Request! Simple yearly overview

There is another app called MoodTracker that has the ability to see a yearly view and each day is assigned a little box with one color in it, indicating your average mood for that day. I find it really useful to be able to have this bigger picture of your mood over the ling term without all the details of each entry. Would love this feature added because its the only reason why I have two mood tracking apps.
  • Good but slow

This is simply a diary or journal and the design of it is pretty warm and aesthetic but it is one of the slowest things I’ve ever used. Going to click on a previous date or trying to make any edits to old days completely breaks the phone and the keyboard doesn’t type out what you wrote until a good while after you touch the screen. The delay is very annoying and it is only this app for me I’m not sure if it happens for everyone. Other than that pretty good

So Moodlight is one ofmy favorite journaling and self care apps. I love it, especially the AI feature. I have just noticed that it takes a while to open and load, and sometimes it glitches. I don’t know if this is a bug, but it constantly gets worse, so if there could be a bug fix, five stars.

The buttons to choose from, the selection of demeanor, brings me to a mindful state of self-care and these exercises help me be honest about how i feel and how to respond to those deep seated feelings.

I don’t understand the purpose of this app if it makes me go through 12 steps every time I open the app. It isn’t saving my prior selections or anything.

Mood light is awesome. It helps me by going on everyday and jotting down the answers to the questions they ask. There not hard questions and there’s only 5 questions which you answer by choosing the bubble words they already have given you. It helps you feel how your actually feeling that day. It helps you feel your emotions and literally lets you know how your feeling. It’s easy to use and it’s well worth the money. I see a physiatrist along with using this app. I also use a quote app called motivation which is an awesome app that you get to choose the mood your feelin that day and it’ll give your quotes based off how how your feeling. Both well paid apps. Mental health has a been a big thing for a couple years now and that could be because what people were thinking about physcos isn’t how it really is and that the real truths are coming out about people that are named phsyco- and whatever else your word is used with. It’s okay to cause coas sometimes!
