  • Not all advertised features are available

Despite claims in their FAQs and in the individual lessons, several referenced features, such as treat days, success tools, and food lookup tools are not available. Tech support is nonresponsive to issues, mire concerned with getting tickets closed rather than actually fixing the problem. I like the calorie and activity tracking, and daily accountability, but questioning whether the providers care more about collecting the subscription fee rather than deliver the advertised product.

Absolutely love this app. Laugh a lot with excellent and funny ways. It did help me finally after years of trying! And I can eat a lot of food, am not hungry, and most of all I feel happy! I feel more healthy, have more energy. Depression gone, anxiety only when rough times come, bit for as away fast. I am happy I can wear m told pretty clothes and new pretty ones. Sweet cravings gone. All positive. Thank you NOOM and wonderful team.
  • So far, so good…

I never write app reviews or have even signed up for a weight loss program, but I am really enjoying Noom so far. It’s helping me be so much more mindful. Are the pounds just melting away because of a magic app? Definitely not. But it gives you scaleable steps and lessons daily that keep you accountable and I’ve found that really helpful. My one hang-up with Noom is the same hang-up I have with every diet, meal delivery service, grocery store, etc. I’m a single person, so every recipe makes at least 5 servings of a dish (and generally some of these items at grocery store don’t come in halves!). I don’t love freezing items and don’t have a full size fridge and freezer, so creating recipes in that portion of the app geared towards smaller portions would be my one suggestion. I understand it helps with budget but I’d love a *little* more variety in my diet than that.
  • Auto-renewal scam

Glorified calorie counter. You’ll forget you have it, it will auto-renew without notification and all of a sudden, nobody works for their customer services. You can lose weight without Noom. Save your money.

Just know if you try to cancel they’ll make it as difficult as possible- They’ll tell you they can’t find your email, when they’ve sent several emails in the past hour, just to delay cancelling so you’ll give up. Took way too long to get anything done. And frankly, all of the upselling is a huge red flag for a company claiming to care about wellness.

  • Noom does many things well but not receiving bug reports

To be helpful I have contacted Noom on occasions to report bugs. They were a gift not a critique. My problem has been how poorly the folks at Noom have been in handling what I consider useful information. Support. I give it one star
  • DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Do not use this app. They lack a lot of transparency. I canceled my subscription and they sent me a confirmation that it was canceled but they still charged my card again. Also, the app doesn’t provide anything other free apps provide. It lacks innovation. Overall customer service is terrible as well. Thieves.
  • Love the program, app needs help

The Noom approach and tools have helped me lose 30 pounds so far when I really thought I would never ever be able to lose any weight again. So kudos for the program! The app? Well, 9 out of 10 times I have to launch it, close it, launch it, close it and then launch it a third time to get it to actually open to the point I can interact with it. I thought it might just be my phone (iPhone) but I’ve done updates, freed memory and it still does this.
  • Too expensive

This app was extremely overpriced. When signing up it feels like it would be geared to your needs. It is Not! It is just a computerized program with automated responses! It reminds me of something AI generated. I paid almost $300 for three months with one program on metabolism never arriving. Ripoff! I canceled.
