  • Can’t Sync FitBit to Argus Anymore!😟

I used to be able to sync my steps in Fitbit to Argus, but for some reason it stopped working in December 2023. I have email Argus—but no response. It’s still showing up in my app as a device that can be synce, but every time I try to reconnect I get this error message that Argus did not provide valid information to Fitbit and to please report the issue to Argus. If you’re not going to fix the problem, please remove Fitbit from the list of devices that can be synced. This is misleading, and it was a great benefit when it worked since I wear my Fitbit more than I carry my phone with me. Now I’m underreporting my actual steps in Argus every day! This is making me think twice about renewing my premium subscription. It worked before, so I assume this should be an easy fix.
  • Lots of wrong data

There’s a lot to like about this app, but then they blows it. I like scanning barcodes, but when I get a match, then info is wrong a LOT of the time. There’s no way to report it or fix it. Other things are wonky, but I can work around them. I can’t believe this app is so highly rated. Seems suspicious.

For what you charge annually, it should work flawlessly but it doesn’t. Everyday I get less and less functional with my Apple Watch. Not counting steps. The language on the watch seems to be Arabic. I don’t know.
  • Don’t understand the high ratings

App is complicated to maneuver and constantly freezes on an IPhone 14. Extremely difficult to add foods or meals. Do many better options. Waste of time and money.

I was looking for a free app to track calories and steps. Very easy to use and understand the numbers.

Could be the best fitness app out there if it did the following: - Apple Watch Complications showing: Hydration, Sleep, Step Count, Active Calories Burned and Competition Status - Training Schedule: (Example) Leg Day Status: Pending or Completed Other than that I’ve enjoyed the app for quite sometime now.
  • Obnoxious

Hideous full-screen VIDEO ADS with no close button, no way to pause/stop them. A truly awful, user-hostile design.
  • Where support?

The app is great. I’ve used it for years and I’m happy to pay for premium. My only real complaint is that the blood pressure entry is missing and support is entirely unresponsive. Would be great if I could get an answer from the company about anything.
  • Great until it wasn’t…not sure why

This app was great for tracking everything and now it’s not. Now, all I keep getting is notification after notification that “Argus stopped tracking. Open to resume”. Like 20-40x a day. I still use it as I’m taking part in Heart Health Study. If it wasn’t for that study I’d deleted this app months ago. UPDATE: They got rid of heart monitor feature which was needed for my study so I deleted app. Makes zero sense why this app went downhill the way it did.
