    My messages from matches keep being delayed or not showing. I have to keep logging out and logging back in to see them. If this isn’t fixed I am going to delete my account. I have contacted customer service and not received a response. You have to go through an annoying long captcha just to send a help request, too. They act like they are better than “swipe” dating apps, but the discover part is just like swiping. The prompts they force you to answer are lame.

    This app is pretty good and most of the time it has worked for me. But over the last 3 weeks or so it won’t let me sign in. I click to sign in with Facebook and an alert saying that something went wrong comes up. I’ve tried quitting the app and I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work

    Poor result's. Had a few matches. Those matches showed their personality flaws immediately. Friend zoned one and blocked the other. Every other woman that contacted me was "thick" no interest in that body type. Maybe a filter for body type? Membership prices for the application went up substantially. More than doubled. Even as premium member with unlimited likes. Never had more than a total 4 responses. I question the legitimacy of many user accounts. Ask an expert does not support External Email applications you have to use the apple email client to use this feature. The apple email client is terrible and i refuse to use it. I was never able to ask an expert about my profile.

    I’ve been on Hinge for just under 2, months, and it seems like they ran out of profiles to show me after 2 weeks). In fairness, it could be partially demographics (I’m 52 man), but I’m paying, apparently for a service they can’t provide. I first started seeing profiles with dated answers to questions like “What are your New Years resolutions for 2015)” (or 2016), which leads me to believe these women haven’t logged in for quite a while. Then I started seeing profiles I’d already been through and decided not to like. I’ve got “don’t want kids” listed as a “dealbreaker,” but I still see profiles of women who want kids and they see mine.” Yesterday, I “liked” a profile in the morning, even commenting on something she posted. That evening, I got her profile again. If you add in that, with dating sites in general, women get more responses than men, and anyone on Hinge who hasn’t paid can only see their most recent “like,” there’s a good chance women who could be matches won’t see that I’ve liked them. Finally, their “personalized” advice is pretty much what other apps out in their FAQs — stats, except you pay for them. Perhaps this is better suited for people in their 20s & 30s, but the lack of transparency around what profiles they can offer is disappointing.

    I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago and I am unable to find it... so here I go again. I paid for a six month subscription back in October 2018 and was only able to use it for 1.5 months because I lost my SIM card associated with my account and could not log in. I emailed the support email account seven times from my email I signed up with and sent a message once from the help support form online from January to March and I have not received a message back on how to reached my account. Yet, I still receive updates on who liked me. Due to the unresponsive nature of the customer services team, I recently cancelled my subscription and deleted my account. I will not recommend this service or app.

    I read someone else's review last year and thought that could never be me, but in August I tried this app out and one month later I matched with my partner and it was instant chemistry. I never felt this before and being that we're almost 100 miles away with literally no mutual friends we could have gone our whole lives without ever finding each other without Hinge. I'm incredibly thankful and we recommend this app to a lot of our single friends looking for a meaningful connection. Be patient and trust the process!
