I purchased the first year to try RV routing only to find that there was an additional one time purchase required for the RV features. That’s too bad because I decided to cut my losses and NOT go with the additional RV purchase. I’ve been burned too many times in the past with other map software that over promises but under delivers to take a chance again.

I would not own this app if it was not the only app that works on the Ducati connect app. I could get over the adds, but the app is too buggy and makes you download every single map to get anywhere to pay $15 a month for a map.

I purchased this app. I purchased the premium North America lifetime license. It’s is still showing pop up to buy things. They set the app so restore never works.

It’s incredibly frustrating how difficult it is to enter an address in the Sygic GPS app. No matter how I type it, the app often fails to recognize the location or gives irrelevant suggestions. I use Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze all the time, and whenever I enter an address—or even just tap to navigate somewhere—they immediately recognize the location without any issues. Sygic really needs to improve this basic functionality; it shouldn’t be this hard to use a navigation app!

I am trying to find a replacement for the big tech maps. I was so into this that I bought the premium features on day 1. But it isn’t usable. I’m in North Carolina. Cities are wrong in addresses, search does not work (post office returns a list of roads named post office, some 100 miles away). It is just completely unusable due to how inaccurate it is.

The constant upselling is ridiculous and always in the way when the main map is loading. I paid for the app, so stop. As the app has evolved over the years it is getting less accurate and harder to use.

This app seems to work okay, I have not put it to a complete trip though. I select a destination and launch the directions, and immediately my phone starts to overheat. Please tell me why this app uses so much of the phones processor to work. I’m afraid a long trip will burn up my cellphone. I now wish I had not paid for it, there are other GPS apps available that won’t make your phone work so hard.

Overall, it’s a great app. You can use it off-line so if you don’t have Internet data, you can still use the navigation. It’s great. The only downside that I have is that you cannot search for an address based on cross street.

This app is good to an extent, I felt like it misleads the user when navigating some stores or places. Doesn’t have traffic light support which is a big thing as Apple Maps & Google maps offer this for free. Road closures and related information is not updated and that has caused me to take many detours and sometimes I had to completely close the app and switch to some other navigation.

This app is full of issues. Requiring a map download for trips while downloading without wifi does not work. You are at risk of not having any navigation. When you do get directions, the arrival time is crazily inaccurate. Go elsewhere for your directions. I have no idea where all of these great reviews come from.
