Why are there no picture scaling options on iPad? Why does it fully stretch? Horizontally is terrible vertical is a bit better but still stretches. Your website doesn’t do this. It scales pictures ok still lack options( only white background should let for black too). Many other sites provide a better reading experience on IPad. I’ve been using my iPhone read tons but I really want to use my iPad sometimes. I’m a software developer I absolutely know this is relatively simple and many others have implemented it. Picture scaling and background color selection for the empty space. This is in my opinion base level quality of life features. I should be able to see the exact same results on my iPhone and iPad. I should be able to see exactly the same thing on both side by side. Fit to screen. The artist has an idea of what should be on screen at a time and that always should be an option to display. Spend a sprint on this. Maybe you’ll unlock a new audience you didn’t know by making the tablet experience enjoyable. If you want to go for gold you should add multi window support on iPad. I like having music/youtube on a side window. Although making your entire UI scale is much harder when you didn’t build it with that in mind.

The app is great but, the “fortune cookie “ gift is glitching. Last month it said there were 11 hours to go the entire day it was supposed to be available then expired now it says there are 7 hours to go for the last 2 hours! If there is a timer , shouldn’t it be progressing? Frustrating

With the free ink we would have to watch more ads but got more ink per day, 10 ads we could watch every hour, now we can only watch 3 ads per day for an episode, so if anything tapas is getting less money anyway. Screwing everyone over, the authors, customers, and even themselves. Edit: The ink rewards stopped working.. like completely.

The app itself is nice for reading webnovels, and the amount of ink you can get for checking out new series is generous, but their customer service isn’t good. I completed multiple survey-based offers one night, expecting around 2000 ink, but didn’t get a single drop (no pun intended). They were just online surveys, so I didn’t take any screenshots of the webpages themselves, but I sent customer service a picture confirming that my offers were marked “rewarded,” but nothing was shown in my transaction history. They could only tell me that my ink was there and to reload the app. I wanted to ask for receipts proving I received the ink on their end (because it wasn’t showing up after nearly a week), but they just closed my ticket because apparently my evidence wasn’t enough. They provided no real solution

I used to love this app, however, now it never works. It always says that there’s a “Network Connection Error” and would force me to the downloaded section, despite me never having the ability to download anything.

Website pushes the app on you when buying chapters with ink. Ok, I down load the app, get some ink because I really want to read TBATE. It lets me buy 40 chapters and now after reading those 40 I went to unlock some more through the app since that appears to be the only way to unlock multiple chapters at once and now the app won’t even let me login. Keeps saying that’s an issue with my connection but everything else app wise works fine.
