  • Stop changing the user interface

If you change the locations of buttons (like Move on the bottom menu when an email is opened), at least provide a way to change it back if desired. Hate to have to search for functions that used to be at your fingertips.
  • Can't email attachments

Quite suddenly, I can no longer send some or all of my attachments and I’m no longer informed when send email fails. I am less than happy. I have had yahoo mail for many years but now I am thinking about going with somebody else!
  • Too many pop up ads

Bad enough you have to put up with pop up ads while browsing but to have them appear in email is intolerable. You delete them and they keep coming back. Developer says no ads if you upgrade to yahoo plus. So the ads are designed to be annoying enough to drive you to a pay site. That’s also intolerable. Cox customers moved to an email provider that’s worse. Scope out other providers

These reviews are clearly bought because yahoo is the worst email option you could choose. Not only are they less than zero help but in order to get that no help you have to pay just to talk to someone who MIGHT be able to help. This is nothing short of blatantly stealing money from people. I forgot my password on my Google account got it fixed in 15 mins. You forgot your password on yahoo you better be ready for a full day event trying to figure out how to fix it. Oh and I actually remember my password for this email but they refuse to still let me in. I have things that are linked to this email that I cannot unlink because 1. You have to pay just to talk to CUSTOMER SERVICE 2. When you do call you MIGHT be able to talk to someone 3. If you do talk to someone they are more than likely going to waste your time. DO NOT USE YAHOO EMAIL REVIEWS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR. Im going to go out of my way to write as many reviews and letters of complaints as i can. Hotmail is even a better option lol

Yahoo mail has progressively felt under-developed. For instance, if I search for an old email the system always freezes up. On desktop and on the app. I’ve used yahoo for 20 years and I’m committed. But it needs more dev work to function properly.

I had Yahoo! Mail for a long time. It was fine. I liked it. I had to change my password and now I can’t get in at all. Who does one call when you want help?

I had my mailboxes sat up with different colors on them. Now all 3 of them are white. Can’t find where to put them back.

Once I updated to IOS 17.1, my notifications stopped showing and staying on my Lock Screen! It’s so frustrating.

Yahoo is not my choice. Cox cable moved our email to Yahoo, now all ads, everything has ads. Terrible.
