The app used to let you see who added you as a friend & let you see your likes, now it’s more of a pay to see anything but the people you want to connect with I’ve met cool people for sure. $32 a month is their premium

Im not sure how to report bugs. But my matches arent appearing in chat it seems. Got a notif that “someone was going to be archived soon”, clicked it and it brought me to the chat, said we matched about a week ago. when i moved away from the chat it vanished and i cannot see it :( my chat window is empty with no names

Immediately after signing up adding photos and a bio I was kicked off the app saying they was temporarily on hold due to network connection. I assumed it was because of my vpn but it still showed even after I left the VPN. No one to call in customer service so just deleted the app. Guess it’s not meant to be for me

The site is excellent. It is well-constructed, provides tools to monitor interactions, and attracts a broad group of interesting people. HER provides a much needed platform for conneciton in a relatively safe and supportive environment. The downside is that there is a significant amount of catfishing on the site, which might disproportionally target seniors. I have learned many difficult lessons concerning my own gullibility and vulnerability.

So many men on this app. Some cis who fetishize women, and some FTM who think that they as MEN can be on this app simply because they are LGBTQ. Ridiculous. Shows people way too far away. Most people just looking for hookups.

My account was on hold from Tuesday until Friday night. I had to reach out to the help center twice to understand why it was placed on hold. They informed me that I had violated community rules and guidelines. It took them three days to provide a reason for the hold. The reason for the hold was that I had added my Instagram username to the app to connect with people. The app is expensive, and users cannot see their likes unless they subscribe to a membership. The app is not worth it unless you are willing to spend money. Even then, many profiles are not verified.

In order to get a lot of swipes or be able to even interact with people you have to pretty much pay for the app definitely not worth it
