I initially thought I typed the name in wrong. Then I tried my neighbors name and then 2 more neighbors names. This app is simply not working at all. I took all the recommended steps to amend but it simply does not work at all

Difficult to use-hard to cancel

They do not update accurate information. I have owned a property for 3 years now and it still shows previous owner.

This app is not accurate or up to date at all. I have a week free trial but can’t figure out how to cancel it!!!

I used to be able to see who owned properties on here. As a realtor that comes in handy. Now i would say i can see less than 25%. I reached out to the company with no solution.

The detail about the parcel never populates. This is the most important information.

While signing on to use from a laptop is theoretically possible, it doesn’t work. The offline maps feature doesn’t include property lines. The program has some good info but could be a lot more user-friendly.

I bought some property two years ago they still haven’t up dated me as the owner, canceled my subscription as I’m not happy with them, they shut me off 5 days early. Finding a different app. Suggest you should too.
