myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their iPhone and iPad devices. With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including: -Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method -Schedule Future Dated Payments -Setup or manage AutoPay -Reset Voicemail Password -Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations -Create or reset Custom End User PIN -View Usage including Mobile Share Usage -Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also - View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available) -Change Rate Plans -Add International Features -Suspend Data for an end user -Update SIM/IME -View Usage for the entire account You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.

    I never write reviews for apps, but this is seriously the most garbage app I’ve ever used. Nothing works, constantly a problem, everything you click causes an error screen to pop up. Don’t know if you guys plan on fixing this or getting a new app all together, but I’d highly recommend doing that. Stars? 0/5 Thank you for coming to my rant.

    Why hasn’t this app been updated in 3 years as if business accounts aren’t used on AT&T, at the very least integrate business into the app you do keep updated.

    Terrible. Screen always goes blank when selecting a menu item. ATT must not care about this app since it has been going on for 6 months now. May 27, 2017---App still crashes90% of time. PLEASE FIX. June 1, 2019 Update: Still terrible. Cannot pay bill through the App. Have to use desktop website or call. To ATT.. Please hire some one to fix this. Read all the one star reviews and you must get it that this App is very sick.

  • Garbage!!!

    This app is garbage! It rarely works, in any capacity. AT&T should be able to provide better service to their customers! I pay almost $400 a month for my lines, I should be able to use an account app easily with NO frustration!!
  • ATT business is the absolute worst. Not just the app

    As soon as I opened it I got an error message. This is no surprise to me as I get a similar message from the actual employees that I deal with on the phone. I was hoping this would cut them out of the picture but I am once again failed by ATT business.

    Updated 3 years ago... that should sum it up. It has a clunky interface meant for an iPhone 3. Lame attempt at offering business level service.
