    Why does the live broadcast I selected sometimes simply not load when I click it? Why does it sometimes start to load and the just give up? Why does it sometimes load with just audio and a blank screen? Why does it log me out of my cable provider so often? Why does the video picture not fill the screen but leaves a band of unnecessary black at the bottom? Why does NBC’s Peacock app work flawlessly while NBC’s Sports app has stayed so buggy for over a year now?

    The everyday having to re sign in, whenever I have to use it, is horrendous. And times where it simply won’t sign in. Horrific

  • This app is outdated

    UNRELIABLE. This app is outdated, glitchy, decides to refresh whenever it wants to, signs me out constantly, streaming premier league on it is a nightmare, it doesn’t support standby mode (when the window shrinks in the background if you have to use your main screen for messaging or to look something up) instead only stay for about 15-30 seconds before closing the window thus losing your place in your game. This app needs a BIG overhaul and revamp otherwise I say scrap it and put everything on peacock. At least peacock is reliable.

    Every time I close the app I need to unlink and then link tv provider to watch sports. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, it just has an error message.

    I don’t understand why this isn’t something I can just subscribe to and watch. I have been trying to get into WWE for months now, but Peacock has to wait 30 DAYS to add the episodes, and this won’t let me watch unless I have a tv provider. WHO USES CABLE ANYMORE!!!! Just get with the times and let me give you money so that I can finally watch something that I have been trying to watch for AGES!!!

    By long and far the worst app I have ever used. Not streaming app allllllllll apps. A complete and utter headache to operate. Have to unlink and link my provider every time I want to watch nascar practice and qualifying. Sometimes 10-15 times before it works. And then if you want to watch after it’s started expect a even bigger headache. Don’t swipe out cuz it’s taking you back to live when you come back. Don’t get a phone call cuz your going back to live. Don’t pause it cuz most likely your going back to live. I watched on my TV Live and it wasn’t no stars I’ll give it one star but still completely annoying to watch. I have lost tons of respect for NASCAR and NBC for using this awful awful app to stream their practice and qualifying I dread having to use it to the point I’ve stopped watching practice and qualifying something I love. I now get 2 times to watch instead of 4 cuz it’s a joke to operate this useless app. The only thing going for it is I don’t have to pay for it, but I’d rather pay twice than free. Do better

    Every time I want to watch something i have to logout and sign back in and reauthenticate my TV provider. It doesn’t matter if it’s on my phone or smart TV. Super annoying and have done mutiple times. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. When I come back to the app it says I’m signed in but as soon as I click to watch something I get the same stupid error message. Only app of many that I have this issue.
