    Great shows but the ads are terrible it seems like there one every 5 minutes. It’s different if the ads are short but all breaks are at least a minute long if not longer. Please fix this or add skips. Thank you and have a great day

    It’s just ads a single episode of star trek will have at least 4 ad breaks the seek function is really glitchy making hard to go forward and back a few minutes One time I got a calibrating video quality or some such message during an ad break and it continued to play ads until i manually restarted the program (this is inside my home Wi-Fi on a cable internet with modern modem I never have a issue with any other streaming ap) Ads are not even sliced into the episodes properly where the story breaks meant to have actual tv ad breaks and will stop the show mid sentence To the advertisers they were so lazy they did you dirty to often times as cut audio and start another ad so they can fit more into a break This is sooo lazy of a development of the ap and programming it’s sad I never thought I’d be missing Netflix app but here I am Only reason it’s not one star is it’s technically not a scam

    Everything was great until about a year ago. Now I have to delete the app and reinstall it every day or it doesn’t work on my iPad. Please advise or fix.

    You are fleecing and overcharging consumers just like many cable companies. Why should we pay a monthly fee and still be bombarded with excessive Big Pharma commercials and car insurance ads? We cut the cable for the same reason. How much greed is enough?

    I’ve have the Paramount+ app already installed on my Philips 4k Smart TV and it was working fine a few months ago and now it just keeps saying “This video is currently unavailable please try again later” then i’ll get an error message and that has been happening lately whenever i try to stream my favorite movies and tv shows. I’ve tried disconnecting my internet, clearing the cache, uninstalling the app, redownloading it, signing out and in but still nothing plays. It’s so frustrating that i can ONLY stream this on my iPhone like seriously??? This app is terrible for all TV users all my other apps that i pay for like Disney+ and MAX it works perfectly fine but….Paramount+ it’s literally terrible just to pay for an app that doesn’t even work on a tv that’s insane. The customer support service team isn’t helpful either they tell me the same thing but my shows and movies still won’t play on my tv. This app is terrible i never had this problem a few months ago. -0/10. I would NOT recommend downloading this app on any tv.

    I Recently purchased a subscription called Paramount+Showtime and when I tried to watch the shows on showtime it still said my account was still Essential -1 out of 10 paramount 👎👎😡😡

    I am a spectrum customer and have been for eons originally time warner, and originally charter so I know about this service and I know about how you treat your customers. You don’t keep telling somebody to go to an app go to an app go to an app and you still cannot get a live person. I pay for service on three televisions in my house and I cannot get the game on one of the three I can get it on the living room. I can get it in my husband‘s room and I cannot get it in my room!!! Somebody needs to call me. I can’t talk to an app. My phone number is 210 273 8006. I do expect a phone call from somebody in the next hour. You have totally messed up my whole weekend because I still have another game to watch. This is a doubleheader you idiots!!!!!!! Customer service is what it’s about!!!! And I am going to make sure that the Better Business Bureau also knows about this. I have lots of friends that have lots of TVs that have lots of spectrum accounts so they can also help me write letters to the Better Business Bureau. Do you hear what I’m saying?
