    This app shows the completely wrong address for my house and will not allow me to enter the correct address. I fought with it for over 10 minutes. Finally, I had to define an intersection and walk to the corner to get picked up. To make matters worse, when I call Lyft, there is no person to speak to to explain the problem so that they can correct it for the next time. Instead, there is a recording, referring me to their rotten app. When I go to the help in the app as directed, there is no category even remotely close to submitting a problem with the map, and there is no other or miscellaneous category to use. Next time I am going to use Uber maybe I will have better luck.

    I left my phone in the Mini Van and Mike was kind enough to bring it into our resort and leave it at the front desk. I am very grateful and appreciative of him going above and beyond! He is an awesome driver!

    The pick up times are often completely wrong claims that it will take 1-2 minutes to pick up and constantly end up being 10-20 minutes instead. Had a ride recently where it claimed to be a 5 minute pickup ended up waiting almost 30 minutes and when the driver came they picked up someone else who had order a ride on Uber and told me they forgot to cancel the ride. There is no way to receive any kind of customer support in these instances since Lyft has 0 customer support numbers or emails. You are better off finding a different service due to the multitude of issues that Lyft has.

    I’ve been using Lyft for years but lately this app keeps sending drivers to wrong pickup location. Even if I enter the correct location to a T, it sends them to an approximate location several streets away, even though I have rejected the approximate location function.

    I did not go very far,15 min ride home was 21.00 and it was the first time I have had to get a ride,but I thought it was a little bit costly for the distance?? I did not know about having to enter the promo code first so I didn’t get to use it. How can I get the promo code for the 50%for the first 2 rides after I already paid for it,or can I?
