Shows I’m signed in, but doesn’t open or go to the latest edition.

I paid for a subsription and can’t get the e-newspaper to work. They make it hard to find out how to get support and when I tried to contact them (multiple times) I did not get a response.

    Awful update
  • New design is terrible

Tried to leave this feedback with the email address they provided in the patch notes, but surprise! It’s a non-working email. New design is near impossible to read. Click on an article and you get a terrible split screen that’s hard on the eyes, try to zoom in on something with pinches and you get half of the next page. It’s not intuitive and major step backwards from a design that was already kind of crummy. These folks clearly don’t test, nor do they use their own apps because if they did they’d be as frustrated as their users. Change it back, test the new design internally for a year, and get back to us when you have something worth offering to your user base.

I have had an email subscription to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the past 4 to 5 years and I frequently have problems signing into my account. Many times I have emailed or called and it seems to get fixed temporarily and then not much longer login problems persist again.
  • Incredibly biased. Will not be renewing.

The e version of the newspaper is a perfect way to stay connected to local news. It’s really the only way.
