Not sure if the new app has glitches

This new app needs a major overhaul

Outstanding option for the APP. In addition to receiving our hard copy from our profess and reliable delivery person Lisa Kerwin, use of the e version is great when out of town or for forwarding interesting articles to others. Thank you.

So nice to have the news at my fingertips whenever I need it first thing in the morning. I’m a big sports fan, and in the extra sports addition, they give me the current information.

I had a one year special offer and when almost finished I called to cancel. They never put in the cancellation. When I noticed the new charge for the next year I called and was told I will receive a refund. I’ve since called them 5 times and every single time I was told the refund was being processed and to date have never received any refund. BEWARE!

I canceled my home delivery last year because of missing paper deliveries at least once a week and switched to using the app. This app consistently freezes when trying to adjust the screen size while attempting to read in newspaper mode. Additionally Gannett makes you suffer through pop up ads in addition to the advertisements already shown in the newspaper.

New format is terrible. Keeps freezing up and I just can’t get it back to page to page . I almost feel like just canceling the whole thing
