Meta Business Suite

Plan on spending a large amount of time figuring out the app and all the functions. Its crazy full of options and widgets that makes you want to hire someone else to manage it. It's almost never up to date with reality, and easy to publish something to the wrong spot or multiple times. Between managing a business page, personal page and connecting with IG, its way too much.

Terrible! Don’t use!

Notifications have stopped showing up now, including visual ones unless you go look at everything to actually see comments or messages making the “notification” meaningless so we’re missing a lot of things until we get on a computer or just use the regular Facebook app and switch between accounts, which is a PITA. The ability to tag other pages has gotten more difficult or non existent and tagging your own events is a chore and that’s IF you can find it without switching to the regular Facebook app to find the event and get the link to then switch back to this one.

For the fourth time today, I've lost a full post I've typed out and had to jump out of the app for a sec to check a pic, go back to to the app and my post is gone. This has been going on for some time now and it is NOT helping save time! In fact, it takes three times as long to get a post done if you jump out of the app for even half a second ehether intentionally or ir accidentally, and go back to finish the post. The auto save drafts has been gone for a while now and I don't understand why? This is a regular function on facebook, it should still he there on business suite. Thanks for making my job harder. Your app blows.

Too many pages, super slow, everything is divided and faulty. Not usable and awful business practices by parent company

The functionality is great, but there are some key workflows not optimized for the iPad form factor that can be frustrating.

Please make the “save reply” as easy as Messenger. It is a pain when you have a lot of saved reply and you have to search for it. Please do
