Dear Meta Customer Service Team, I am reaching out with great urgency regarding the restriction placed on my account, which has severely impacted my ability to manage my business effectively. My account has been restricted from creating ads and connecting my Instagram page for cross-posting, which are essential tools for running my business. This issue began when my account was flagged as potentially hacked, leading to a review process. Unfortunately, I was unable to respond to the review analysis within the 30-day window provided, resulting in what Meta has described as a "permanent restriction" on my account. Since then, I have engaged in a week-long effort to resolve this issue, including multiple communications with customer service agents. While I appreciate their efforts, the language barriers and lack of clear guidance have made these interactions exceedingly difficult and frustrating. After days of back-and-forth, I was told there is no resolution available because of my missed response during the review process. This response is unacceptable for a business platform of Meta's caliber, a multi-biIlion dollar company. I depend on Meta Business Suite for ads, cross-posting, and overall account management to sustain my operations. Without these tools, my ability to run my business has been critically impaired. I escalated my case to a customer service supervisor, who I was told would review it and respond within 24 hours. It has now been four days with no response from the supervisor. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing. I respectfully request immediate assistance in reviewing my case and lifting the restrictions on my account. I am willing to provide any necessary information or verification to resolve this matter. As a loyal user of Meta's platforms, I am hopeful you can address this situation promptly and ensure that small businesses like mine are supported in times of need. If a resolution is not possible, I will be forced to explore alternative platforms that offer more reliable and responsive support for business operations. Why it always says its not available at this time?! Its a perfect app please fix it! Update It was working fir 2 hours and boom Crashed again and not available after installing it for maybe 20 times.

Good Rice Good Choice

For an app that is supposed to be at the center of running one’s business on Facebook and Instagram, this app is sorely lacking. It shuts down whenever I try to login. This has been happening over MULTIPLE app updates and iterations and has yet to be fixed. I’d be happy to update my rating when this major bug that won’t let me log in, gets fixed.

Loving it completely

Brings me to a blank screen each time I try to create a new page. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
