Customer service very ignorant I downloaded the app and signed up for 4 days free trial and tried to sign-in with the same email I signed up with in to my laptop and it won’t let me sign in to my laptop and I contact online chat customer service and, I asked her a question about signing in to my laptop and she ghosted me
