    MLB is idiotic for making us download this app as the only option for tickets. I’d rather gouge my eyes out than use this again.

    After receiving an email about Sunday family 4 pack tickets, I when to the app. The family ticket are not part of the app.

    I bought 2 oriole tickets an site I was directed to by Ballpark. After completing the transaction I was told I could only view the tickets on Ballpark and in fact I got an email confirming the sale and again directing me to Ballpark but the ticks were nowhere to be found on Ballpark. Why can’t the tickets just show up where you are once you complete the transaction?

    My iPhone is up to date with iOS 15.8.2 But i can’t load the ballpark app without having iOS 16 How can i retrieve tickets I’ve purchased if i can’t open the app????

    People need access to their tickets !!!!! We need immediate action. Look at all the reviews!!! You are messing with peoples money and a call to NBC responds will be the next step!!!

    Won’t let me sign up to access my tickets. It’s was a bday gift for a baseball game and I deleted this app reinstalled it and there is no other way to get the tickets I bought without this app….

    Ballpark app is requiring me to upgrade, but new version of app requires minimum IOS 16. My phone only runs IOS 15.8.2. So I’m stuck being unable to upgrade the app and unable to use the current version of the ballpark app. I have tickets to a game but can’t access them.
