Faster and clearer great update

After years and years, they updated the app and I lost everything I had stored there. Can’t get it back. Do not recommend

Can view shared albums because I get a message every time saying they’re updating it meanwhile other people can share just fine. It also has gotten to where it won’t play older videos. Thinking about deleting it and finding another app that’s similar since this one doesn’t work right half the time which is a shame because I’ve had it for almost 8 years.

i recently checked up on the app after no use and realized some pictures and videos were missing. contacted support and was told they couldn’t do anything. up until i lost all my photos it was good though discreet looking app with a lot of customizability.

It’s safe and I like the albums but the video player needs work. Wish we can swipe to fast forward etc same with brightness and volume. Otherwise it’s good

There is a required update and lost all of my photos and videos. Not a happy camper.

Have used this app for years. It’s been too long since shared folders have been DISABLED and I am losing hope that this ability will ever be reinstated. About to delete unless this feature actually returns.

I’ve been using Keepsafe for several years now and it’s become my trusted place for storing additional files. About 8 years ago I took a chance and purchased the premium plan from Keepsafe. I haven’t been disappointed. There have been a couple bugs but they always get fixed and I’ve been very happy with the app overall.
