    All in all, Amazon Music seems to work pretty good. The sound quality is pretty good and the music selection is good as well. My only criticisms would be that adding music to playlists is a pain in the neck and trying to organize songs within your playlists is also irritating because you cannot take songs from the bottom of your playlist and bring them up to the top without scrolling for an infinity. I have had the app crash, a couple of times while trying to add songs to my playlists which is quite irritating. The app definitely needs some fine-tuning. Moving within the app is kind of clunky feeling and needs to be simplified a little bit. It’s possible, but not easy to organize everything within the app so you can access everything easier. I would also like to see an option where you can merge your books from Audible to the Amazon Music app so you don’t have to switch over to a different app to look at your audiobooks. Right now, I have to go to the Audible app if I want to see my purchased or downloaded audiobooks. If a couple of these issues are fixed, I could see Amazon Music being a competitor to the big streaming services for music. Optimistic to see future updates.

    App sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to open. Continuously buffers. Music quality is really odd. Never actually shuffles or repeats when you toggle the option. Will just freeze for no reason about 60% of the time.

    I am a paid subscriber. It does not play my music. I click in an artist and it freezes the app completely. It keeps restarting and never plays what I want. It’s glitchy and freezes a lot.

    Amazon music is the absolutely best. You can find, play and download all your favorite songs from this giant called Amazon Music. I’m on cloud nine with my music collection. The Podcasts are chillingly addictive and entertaining. I’m hooked on every Amazon.

  • Used to be great, now it’s frustrating

    The app used to be great. Now it crashes about 30 seconds into a song, so you reload it, and it does it again…3-5 more times. It’s absolutely annoying and quite irritating. Considering going back to Spotify instead and putting up with the ads.

    I can’t believe I’ve been paying for this for almost 3 years. I constantly get errors and music interruptions. Just canceled my subscription in favor of another streaming service.

    The functionality and usability are trash. The speed of the app is trash and being able to use it while it’s buffering is impossible. Seriously the app is SO slow JUST trying to navigate the interface it takes me 10+ minutes of starting and restarting the app, closing out ALL of my other apps in the background and walking around my house and property searching for the sweet spot. For the record, my other apps I don’t have to do this stupid ritual to get functional, and this isn’t an app you should be interacting with with multiple minutes at a time…I’m simply trying to set up a podcast while i do other things. It takes MULTIPLE MINUTES just to get it to a point it will play the podcast I already know I want to listen to, every time I need to use the app. The app is trash. I can’t take it seriously. I put up with it so I can listen to the content I want to but trust me, your 1 month free ad you force up upon each opening of the app gets declined every time while its usability is this trashy. Do better Amazon. This is ridiculous.
