    I have used My Plate on and off for several years. So easy to track calories and to see what you if you’re getting enough nutrition or not. The free app is really good but the paid app is better as it breaks everything down for you.

    Tried quitting Coke, chips, cheese, sweets. Still couldn’t get under 200. This worked! It let me know how much I was eating of other “good” things, just too much of them! Love it and working on the next 30! 🤗

    Was awesome. But ever since I hit force sync button. It’s all messed up. Keeps adding food in the future that I’ve deleted off of the reoccurring option. Also adding duplicate foods on past days. All kinds of messed up. Deleted app and reinstalled. Same problem

    Love this helps me make better food choices. Which comes in handy when your seated for 8hours. I only ranked 4 because I haven't gotten my shopping list for my meal prep. I received an email though telling me to throw my junk food away and the grocery list should have been received but no meal prep grocery list. Anyways really good app though

    Overall pleased with the app, there library of foods seems to have most items I have needed. I have not found where you can set up that you want to loose weight so how many calories should I be eating. What if I want a High protein Low carb plan what should my percentage of protein or carbs should I be eating. I like that they show recipes but there is no where to save them, export them to notes or other note app so you can save them for a later day. I have started coping and pasting them to notes and then going through and formatting them. I also wish there was a way that you could journal or make notes of your day. Why you were on plan or struggling with the day. They need to make it where you can really personalize it. I thought is what I was going to get with premium.
