    Created new account and needed to add a new cc. Didn’t have enough time to get all information entered and got locked out and had to start over. Very frustrating.

    Never in my 20 years of teaching have I ever experience this kind of behavior! I brought 2 tickets to see txt on may 21 and when I had brought them It said that I only bought 1 ticket, and that the tickets that I have bought were never resales as resales and that the tickets have already been bought.

    I deleted and reloaded this app before I was able to view my tickets. I notice that there was an update 6 days ago.Perhaps that was the problem? Several things I noticed: A) I could not purchase tickets using the app. The app directed me to the website. B) The website would not initiate allow me to buy the number of tickets I wanted on the row I wanted. It complained that I was orphaning a seat. Not my problem. No every buyer comes in sets of 2. I had to purchase a less desirable seat. C) the app would not initially display my tickets. After a similar problem with AXS, I turned off my VPN. Why is this necessary?! I don’t like disabling my security to see tickets that I purchased.

    Ticketmaster is shady enough on its own, but their support is nonexistent and they’re unable to solve what should be a very simple problem to fix. All around horrible company.
