I had to download and upgrade to see alternate bus routes, but this app isn’t even showing the routes and times I found on Google maps. No tutorial. Wasted $25. I will go to the local bus office and get the info there.
  • Accuracy is bad

The times are barely accurate. I write this as I’ve been waiting 12 minutes for a bus that said 6 minutes. This always happens, no matter the bus or train line!
  • Ghost Buses

Buses regularly disappear on the tracker and show up late in real life with no notice that the missing bus is 1minute away or whatever - all love from Detroit

I find this app to be the most reliable when it comes to commuting and public transportation. It has such great features and is easy to use. It’s my go to.

Transit provided a service help poor folks to get around then made it largely useless unless you pay. One star because they put my bus line behind a paywall. I can’t use this app anymore. Just make us watch ads like rest of the companies who know we don’t have cash for their services.
  • What’s real anymore?

The app is good and all but it’s inaccurate when it comes to certain routes and busses such as 244 to and from the Chatsworth bus station. It will say when it will arrive but when I’m there it’s already gone and I’m stuck waiting half an hour standing there through whatever conditions. So either that leaves earlier than intended or the app estimates the time incorrectly.
