Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

Every single Tuesday the app does a drop and I have tried for weeks now to take part in said drop. Every single time my app crashes after waiting 5 minutes early just to get the reward. I have tried countless times and I am let down every time. I just wanted a hoodie. That’s all I want in life. A Taco Bell hoodie. But I am let down time after time. I’m starting to not like Taco Bell anymore. I deserve that hoodie.

They need to fix it bc when they do their Tuesday drops the app always crashes and doesn’t work. Also their menu on the app doesn’t work most of the time when you search items up that they sell. Kind of annoying other than that it’s fine. Nothing special.

You’re losing another customer. I am not competing with anyone to try to get one of a limited number of specials. Be the first 500 customers and get whatever you are too cheap to make a special for everyone. Good bye.

Everytime I open this app, it’s stops playing what I’m listening to. Why?…. When I order, (even in silent mode) the bell sound also messes with what I’m listening to. WHY?!?!

The app works OK but the Tuesday drops are a joke. Quit putting out impossible to win merch and just give us a deal on tacos. And the rewards are mostly stupid too. I don’t do delivery so giving me anything involving delivery is not a reward. Just give us food.

I really like my local Taco Bell, but the app is really bringing it down, especially since they started really pushing us to use it. It functions, most of the time, enough to be usable, as in, it submits the orders. However, it’s search feature for menu items does not bring up the items you are looking for unless you type the exact name of the product. For example, if I want a 5-layer burrito, typing 5 will yield no results. You have to type “beefy” to find it easily, which is ridiculous. The app also provides no way to cancel your order. My Taco Bell was unable to open on time, and so my mobile order sat in limbo while I tried to find the cancel button google said was there but is not. All I could do is hit “Need Help?” To pretty much leave a review, in which I told them to refund me. The app doesn’t run smoothly either, I’ve had it crash and be very laggy pretty much every time I use it. 1 star app. I will be trying to get my refund and use my reward points if possible, then will be deleting this app.

The app is useless when it come to ordering. I place my order and then has a problem when it come time to pay. It’s says there was an error I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app tried different cards checked with my bank and it still doesn’t work.

The app apparently assumes you are ordering from the last store you ordered from. In my case it sent my order to a store that was hundreds of miles away (I ordered Taco Bell while on a road trip). The app should at least notify you that the store is hundreds of miles away and make sure that is what you want.

Won't accept credit or debit on Apple or Android since yesterday. Trash app.
