ServiceDesk Plus Cloud for iOS enables you to access your IT service desk and perform a host of activities from your mobile phone. Now you can provide uninterrupted IT support to end-users anytime and anywhere using your mobile devices, just as you would in ServiceDesk Plus on the web. The mobile app is designed to allow technicians to provide resolutions to end-users by getting the full picture of the issue at hand, collaborating with other technicians, providing required approvals, obtaining solutions directly from the knowledge base, and conversing with end-users on the mobile app itself. The app even facilitates scanning and managing multiple assets simultaneously. Among other capabilities, it is also a great place to keep track of all announcements. Here are some of the app’s other features: ● Create, pick up, assign, merge, resolve, and close IT tickets and notify users. ● Track time spent by adding worklogs. ● Add and reply to requests with attachments. ● Utilize day and night mode support. ● Customize the ticket details view with the desired fields. ● Optimize IT service desk KPIs using closure codes and status change comments. ● Monitor IT technician's productivity with the worklog timer under request details. ● Create knowledge base articles with rich-text formatting. ● Leverage multiple login methods, including SAML authentication. ● Execute field and form rules when adding or editing a request. ● Auto-populate the ticket description when users reply to technicians from the app.

    The app doesn’t update. The online portal changes do not show on the mobile app. If a ticket is updated or closed online, it shows unchanged on the app.

    App is great and helps make the request submission process faster and easier except the attachment feature stopped working on my app. It allows me to attach pictures and documents not once opens, they do not show up.

    Ive been trying to give this app a chance, because the android version works moderately well. I cant do it anymore. The iOS version is too buggy. Now i’m not able to assign tickets to my technicians. The apps just crashes when managing assets. Its just not worth the headache anymore, which is unfortunate because the Android version works so much better, why cant the iOS version catch up.

    I don’t normally write bad reviews. Normally, I just rate and move on after deleting it. THIS program however, was an absolute waste of time. Unable to sort or filter properly. No ability to create or modify the filter views. I was hoping to like it since my company uses it.

    With each version, this app gets less usable. I’m losing functionality and now have cases that I can’t even see the descriptions for. I used to fall back to the web app if I had issues with the native app, but I’m completely blocked from the web app from a mobile device (can’t even get to the desktop version from the mobile device).

    Has all the basic features needed except one, CMDB. There is access to Assets but not configuration data which is needed when in the field. When will this be added to the mobile app?

    After your last update. The ipad app does not work in landscape mode. It is super hard to use. The website does not support mobile. So my only choice is to fight with it or wait until I can get to a computer.
