I tried this app for one month. Didn’t work like I wanted it to. I canceled the app. It is still trying to charge me even though it shows it expired. I’m trying to figure out how to get it to stop charging me. I even removed the app.

For starters I don’t like the way the app looks now. When you access a team there used to be a beautiful colored bar with the team logo at the top of the app. Now it’s just the team name with the videos and stories organized very poorly. Arranged like a shopping list instead of like it used to be. Please go back to the old interface. Second I’ve always wished for each team to have its own app like other sports. With all the transactions and rosters and park activities in app instead of the way they are organized now. I look up the rosters and it’s the same boring “shopping list” format with no effort put into it like they’re trying to save money. Very boring. Would be nice to have every team responsible for its own app. MLB has put less effort into this than I’ve ever seen. This is as honest as I can be
  • Love baseball and the app, an issue however

Only issue as of writing this is following players/teams does not work for me. I set it up once and followed about 10 players, and now whenever I try to edit the list I get a “general error” so I’m unable to make any changes, updates or logging out haven’t fixed this for me unfortunately.

Reading a story eventually causes my phone to crash and sometimes freeze because there are way too many videos trying to play. I don’t want to watch them, stop overburdening the app!

Why does the roster and transactions page keep getting functionalities taken away? These are the two aspects on the app I use the most and they are becoming borderline unusable. It has gotten to the point I can access the teams roster faster through googling their website than actually using the app which I have to tap through about 4 different screens to finally find the roster. And now rosters don’t even have the capability to sort players by number, position, or name; they are just a stagnant website page that is identical to the failed app which is the MiLB app. Also it received an appearance downgrade as well with rosters being just a list of players instead where you must tap on the players name(which is not clearly a hyperlink) to view their stats. The cell for each player(how the rosters were previously presented) was much sleeker looking, had better sorting functionally, and was a clear upgrade over how it is being presented now. Please put rosters back to the way they were!!!
