    Every interaction that I have had with Martins Direct, the floral department, the meat department along with the management staff has been exceptional! MD is much appreciated! I love the attention to detail, accuracy and freshness that I have received each time I have used this service.

  • Would like close ups for some clippable coupons

    4/7/24 - While I make recent updates, there is still the option for some of us to enlarge clippable coupons. I’m not familiar with all products, so surely you can see the need to Pinch to enlarge? This option works ok with other apps, please make it work for the Martin’s app too? Title: Twice as many coupons from the Pharmacy 1-16-24 I just went thru the clippable coupons so I could have them on my card. It seems like there’s twice as many coupons from the Pharmacy area than they have for the grocery side. Your clippable coupons and total items should be consistent. If it’s only one item then ONLY one item should be show. If you have to buy two items then only 2 items should show. You do I sometimes but you are definitely not consistent.

  • Can’t do squat without martins card

    I got this app hoping I could use the Martins Direct feature. After making my whole shopping list I tried to check out but before I could I had to create a Martins card. However once I entered all my information it said “error”, everything was correct but I tried a few more times… “Error”. Then I tried to go to my account on the app to check if something was wrong. I couldn’t check my account unless I made a Martins card. Ok well I guess I’ll just delete my account then try again, nope, can’t delete your account unless you make a martins card, so I’ll try to make a card again, “error”. 2.5 hours wasted so I finally deleted the app. My husband tried to make an account but he had the exact same issue. He even tried to add his phone number (from the martins rewards system) but after entering his last name and phone number, “couldn’t link this number to your account” even though we use it in-store all the time. Definitely not worth your time, just use Instacart.

    Searching for an item is horrible. When you are in the list of filtered items, you tap on an item to view the details of the item, if it’s not the item you are looking for and go back to look at another item in the filtered list, you have to do a completely new search to find the items again. After viewing an item I should be able to tap the back arrow and go back to my filtered item list. Not restart the search for an item.

    Items in the store — Potomac Farms Cottage Cheese, for instance — are not available using the app. Repeated requests have been useless. The substitution options are minimal — yes/no when ‘different size, same brand’ or even explicit options. When an item is removed from your list, no notification — it should remain until checkout so missing items can be reordered or bought at another store. Mailed coupons can’t be entered?
