This app was 95.00 for the year and my documents are not coming back signed. The recipient sent a screen shot of the signed document, however it’s not signed when I receive it. What a waste of my hard earned money

I have been attempting to cancel the subscription since before the free trial ended and have not been allowed to do so they have been attempting to charge my car $21 for the past two weeks and there's no way for me to cancel the subscription now that it is showing active
Very hard for me to use this. Had to use the “help”.

I am new to SignNow and very upset! I am now getting daily invoices from PayPal (which I don’t use) I am extremely concerned about my information being compromised. If I keep getting these I am going to ask the service that what’s me to use SignNow to use another company before I will sign their documents!
