The policy of not accepting EBT purchases is INCONSISTENT with the company’s stated values. Otherwise, it a great company with excellent food and service.

Love this place

I feel like using a mobile app should put your order in when you’re in proximity or estimated to be there, however you can only start the order when you scan the qr code making it basically completely useless besides the mobile order line and not having to talk to someone for your order. However the mobile order line usually ends up taking longer than the regular line, which gives no advantage to having the app, you’re waiting the same time as someone that didn’t use the app.

The workplace is super clean like literally not a spot their food. Their chicken is literally better than McDonald’s way better and not only that the food workers are so polite. Every time I come to the restaurant I am so excited to eat because the food is so good. and I go to the Puyallup location thank you.
